Physical Therapy Wellness
Wellness means more than recovering from injury — it's about staying healthy and moving well for life.
Our wellness programs are designed to prevent injuries before they happen and to keep you strong and resilient after recovery. Every session begins with a comprehensive evaluation by one of our Doctors of Physical Therapy — think of it as a "Physical Therapy Physical." We assess muscle strength, joint mobility, balance, and movement patterns such as walking, running, or sport-specific activity. From there, we design a personalized program that targets potential problem areas and helps optimize performance and overall health.
Whether you want to come in several times per week, once a month, or even just once a year, we'll create a plan that fits your needs. And if you're an athlete, our therapists bring extensive experience working with everyone from Olympians to weekend warriors. Using a scientific, movement-based approach that goes beyond traditional strengthening, we'll help you maximize efficiency, power, and durability so you can perform at your best.
