Physical Therapy Wellness
Wellness means just that--being well. Our wellness programs help you prevent injuries from happening in the first place, or keep you healthy after an injury. Our Doctors of Physical Therapy will perform a complete evaluation to identify impairments that could potentially lead to future dysfunction--think of it as a Physical Therapy Physical. We will assess things like muscle strength, joint range of motion, balance, and analyze any type of movement patterns (e.g. walking, running, athletic activities). Afterward, a comprehensive plan will be established to address your impairments and improve your wellness.
Want to come in several times per week, once a month, once a year? We'll create a plan that works for you!
Are you an athlete? From Olympians to weekend warriors, our therapists work with all types of athletes and use a scientific approach to maximize movement patterns and strength that traditional strengthening programs can't.
